Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Piczo. By creating an account or continuing to use Piczo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.

Your photos and content

You keep ownership of your photos, videos, prompts, profile information, and other content. You give Piczo only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, transform, and transmit content to provide features you choose, such as sharing or AI editing.

Only upload or share content you have the right to use. You are responsible for deciding who receives a shared memory and for the content of that memory. You need consent from the people whose photos you use in AI features.

Content rules

These rules apply to everything you share in Piczo and to every prompt, photo, or voice request you give an AI feature. Do not create, request, upload, or share: sexual content involving minors; intimate or sexual images of anyone without their consent, including images made or altered by AI; harassment, bullying, threats, or hate; content that impersonates a real person, or deepfakes of real people made without their consent; or anything else unlawful.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Piczo has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report a person or a shared photo, and block anyone, in the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms, and suspend or remove the accounts responsible. We may also report illegal content to the authorities.

AI features

AI features are provided with the help of AI partners. AI descriptions, search results, generated images, videos, music, and edits can be inaccurate or unexpected. Review results before relying on or sharing them. AI output is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Friends and sharing

Friend connections and shared memories are visible to the people involved. A recipient may save, copy, or reshare what you send outside Piczo. Removing a friend cannot recall copies someone already made.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Piczo, interfere with its operation, bypass limits or security, access another person's account, scrape the service, distribute malware, exploit children, or use the service for unlawful harassment, fraud, or infringement.

Subscriptions and credits

Piczo Pro and Ultra are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your Piczo account does not cancel a subscription.

Credits included with Pro and Ultra reset each month and do not roll over; the Free plan’s credits are a one-time allowance. Top-up credits you buy never expire. Features and limits for each plan, and prices, are shown in the app before you buy.

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Piczo cannot issue refunds directly; request one from Apple.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Piczo reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued for security, legal, technical, or product reasons.

Ending use

You may stop using Piczo at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement, and immediately for content that breaks the content rules.

Disclaimers and liability

Piczo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
